She Bang?!
Wesley Snipes' character, Blade, from the film Blade
Well, some people just can’t live with the idea that their 15 minutes are up.
ABC broadcast an expose tonight on Primetime Live about ousted American Idol contestant, Corey Clark. He claims that he and Idol judge, Paula Abdul, had a secret sexual affair. He also says that Abdul aided him by purchasing him clothes, picking songs to aid him in furthering into the competition, and even giving him syrup to soothe his throat.
She should’ve given this little bitch something for his pudding.
After auditioning, Clark says that he was given Abdul’s private phone numbers through someone sent by her. Clark progressed to the finals of American Idol’s second season, but was thrown off the show for not disclosing information regarding an arrest in 2002. He had been charged with assaulting his sister and resisting arrest.
Of course, Abdul denies all allegations.
Well, this Clark guy certainly is credible (sarcasm). Sorry twat. It’s truly pathetic that someone has to stoop to this level to because they can’t handle the fact that they didn’t get what they had envisioned for themselves if it would mean staying honest and forthright.
He should’ve disclosed this information to the show’s producers, as I’m sure it was something asked of all potential contestants. Take for example Bo Bice, a contestant on this year’s Idol. Bice disclosed information regarding a prior cocaine possession charge, and he is one of the four finalists remaining on this season’s run.
Corey Clark is little more than an opportunist, even if what he says holds any water. He can’t deny his arrest and that the information asked of him wasn’t disclosed. However, he decided to come out with these allegations, out of anger from his ousting and another opportunity for America to hear him sing. The expose showed Clark in the studio, working “diligently” toward continuing his musical career. That's what pisses me off about this situation...just the fact that some punk knew he could get his sorry ass back on TV by coming out with detriemental claims regarding television's most popular show and the fact that it worked.
The Fox network, the station that airs Idol, has said that they will investigate Clark’s story.
However, Clark isn’t the only opportunist in this situation. Perhaps even more so than he, ABC is, as they used the scandal that Clark’s allegations stirred up to try to draw more viewers for Primetime Live by moving the show from Thursday this week to Wednesday, in an attempt to capitalize on the American Idol craze. Looks like ABC is no better than him, huh?
Then again, maybe I’m wrong to call Clark an opportunist. Maybe Abdul does “help” contestants who appear on American Idol. After all, someone DID let Willaim Hung's ass in a studio…
